PROMs & PREMs Ophthalmology

Within OnlinePROMS the following PROMs are available for Ophthalmology treatments:

• Cataract 
• Refraction surgery
• Glaucoma
• Macula degeneration

In addition, OnlinePROMS is often used for scientific research purposes.

For these Ophthalmology treatments, amongst others following PROMs questionnaires are used:

• CatQuest
• QIRC
• VAS satisfaction
• NRS pain
• EQ-5D (quality of life)
• SF-12
• SF-36
• Divers questions about daily functioning, pain and recommendation of treatment to family and friends.
• PREMs and divers Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires (PSQ)

Missing a treatment or questionnaire in the above overview? Building in questionnaires in OnlinePROMS is included in the contract fee. 

Of course, all required licenses for the use of the questionnaires have to be arranged by the healthcare institution.
