We use this data for internal quality purposes. Since the Google Analytics platform is provided by Google, the data is also shared with Google. The newsletters are sent via MailChimp, which means that MailChimp will also have your email address. Your contact details are kept in the management system of the website.

The data is kept for as long as the Google Analytics account of Interactive Studios is linked to this website. Your email address is kept for as long as the MailChimp account of Interactive Studios is active. Your contact details are kept until the website goes offline or if the retention of your data is no longer necessary.

Google Analytics generates detailed statistics of each visit to the OnlinePROMS website. The data kept is shown under point 2 above.

7       How do we protect your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or any kind of unlawful processing. As an organisation, Interactive Studios is both ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality management) certified. Interactive Studios is also NEN7510 (storage of medical data) certified. The systems of Interactive Studios are regularly subjected to security tests.     

We cannot be held liable for unauthorised access to your personal data due to circumstances beyond our control.

The personal data about you we collect through Google Analytics cannot be traced back to you as an individual. If you do not want us to collect the data referred to under 2, we advise you not to use this website or the forms on the website.

We realise that it is important to protect the privacy of children in the interactive world of the Internet. The OnlinePROMS website has not been designed for or intentionally aimed at children aged 13 years or younger. It is not Interactive Studio’s policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about persons aged 13 years or younger.
