Determine which questionnaires you want to use and at which moments you want to do this. This can be both existing, scientifically validated questionnaires and self-developed questionnaires. Thereafter, we will install the entire process for you in OnlinePROMS.
Let patients complete the questionnaires at predetermined measurement moments, on the clinic or at home. Both Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs) can be obtained via OnlinePROMS.
Monitor the scores of patients and in this way optimize care processes, treatment plans and the quality of life of patients. Scores are displayed in clear reports and it is even possible to export scores for usage in programs such as SPSS, MS Excel and MS Access.
